Good News...
Today the Wetland Biologist did a site analysis (all John's words). The property isn't a wetland! Yeah!!!! Next, the County will do a critical areas review. That will take place in about 8-10 weeks. We are on County time now. It is a really positive note though that the Wetland Biologist said the property looked fine. It's one more step forward!

It's where the little Airport is, just down the hill (and then up a little hill)from you! :) The Leyde's live up there.
We don't have house plans picked out yet, but we've talked about things we like. It will be with the builder that John works for. We're trying not to plan too far ahead because we still have a way to go before we know it will for sure happen!
That is so incredibly exciting!!!
